Hosting the drama

Hosting a mission with the drama Heaven's Gates & Hell's Flames is a unique partnership between your church fellowship and the Reality Ministries team.

Our team is equipped and experienced to help you get the most out of your mission. Good planning, a committed team of volunteers and a lot of prayer are the keys to a successful mission.

WE PROVIDE

  • Sound & Lighting equipment

  • Stage set decoration

  • Costumes

  • Expertise

You provide

  • 35 to 40 people to be the cast and support crew - these should be a good mix of male / female and age range.

  • A suitable venue and stage - we can make it work in most spaces but do chat with us if you are not sure.

  • Publicity - we provide artwork you can use or create your own.

  • Food and accommodation for our team throughout the mission.

  • Suitable parking for our car and trailer (as secure as possible).

Cost per mission week

  • Church up to 80 people average weekly congregation - £1400

  • Church of 80 to 150 people average weekly congregation - £1700

  • Church of 150 to 250 people average weekly congregation - £2000

  • Church of 250 plus people average weekly congregation - £2300

standard schedule:

  • Friday 2:00pm - Our team arrives and sets up all the equipment and set decoration. This requires 4 hours and 6 volunteers to help.

  • Friday 7:30pm to 10:00pm - Vision casting meeting - All volunteers to be present as parts will be chosen and scripts given out.

  • Saturday 9:30am to 5:30pm - Cast training.

  • Sunday 1:30pm to 5:30pm Cast training.

  • Sunday 6:30pm to 7:30pm Cast prayer followed by 1st performance.

  • Monday 6:30pm to 7:30pm Cast prayer followed by 2nd performance.

  • Tuesday 6:30pm to 7:30pm Cast prayer followed by 3rd performance.

alternative schedule:

  • Thursday 7:30pm to 10:00pm - Vision casting meeting - All volunteers to be present as parts will be chosen and scripts given out.

  • Friday 10:00am - Set up all the equipment and set decoration. This requires 4 hours and 6 volunteers to help.

  • Friday 6:00pm (or as early as possible) - Cast training.

  • Saturday 9:30am to 5:30pm Cast training.

  • Saturday 6:30pm to 7:30pm Cast prayer followed by 1st performance.

  • Sunday 6:30pm to 7:30pm Cast prayer followed by 2nd performance.

  • Monday 6:30pm to 7:30pm Cast prayer followed by 3rd performance.

NOTE: Schedule can be adapted to local situations as long as we allow enough time for rehearsals etc.
